Technology Solutions & Reporting
Tracking and reporting important information are key functions of our success and yours. At Partners, we employ cutting-edge technology to gather and communicate data about the work we do for you every day.
The Partners GreenCheck Program is a full scale cleaning system that allows our team to effectively, safely, and sustainably maintain your asset in accordance with LEED Standards. Miles Davis once said, “You have to know 400 notes that you can play, then pick the right four.” Our system works to gather all the tools and strategies needed for a holistic view of your asset and then deploy the right parts to the right places at the right time. Our goal is to minimize the negative impact that inappropriate and harmful chemicals can have on the environment and instead, institute the use of safe, low-impact cleaning products, sustainable equipment and practices.
We would love to talk to you about our GreenCheck Cleaning Program and how it impacts your goals and makes our service effective!
SUPERVISE our teams using cleaning system tools to prevent cross-contamination between different areas and uphold service excellence through our quality assurance (QA) program.
DEVELOP an optimal staffing plan for your facility.
TRAIN personnel in the safe handling, usage, maintenance, disposal, and recycling of cleaning chemicals, dispensing equipment, and packaging materials.
EMPLOY environmentally-friendly cleaning materials, products, equipment, disposable paper products, and trash bags whenever feasible, including the utilization of microfiber tools and wipes.
All of our cleaning equipment meets the sustainability criteria outlined in IEQ Credit 3.4: Green Cleaning—Sustainable Cleaning Equipment standard.
“The man who will improve the place is the man who loves it without a reason.”

Matthew tucker
Vice President | Development
Matthew Tucker is the Vice President of development, brought on for his passion for care of all people, both clients and employees. Matthew received his B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and began his career in the non-profit sector—performing financial work for a public foundation in Colorado Springs. It was there in the heart of the Rockies knee deep in tax and trust documents that Matthew first caught the entrepreneurial bug, moving back to Texas to start an educational services business with his brother in San Antonio, where they partnered with schools and school districts to improve standardized testing outcomes.
After growing that business for four years and handing it off to his brother, Matthew turned his sights to the service industry and looked to buy a small residential service business. Fate, though, had other plans for Matthew, as he instead was recruited to ECS of Texas, Austin’s premier commercial window cleaning company, where he was hired to build new back-office systems in the midst of rapid growth, and got to learn the ins and outs of the commercial service world along the way.
Matthew loves playing and watching sports, spending time with friends and family, hiking and camping, and cooking delicious food with the love of his life, Kaytlen.
